General Policies: Compulsory Both vaccination certificate, Photo ID, Wear the mask. Pls. follow the instruction at the hotel to maintain health and safety.
Cancellation Policy: No refund if cancelled within 4 days of arrival, 50% refund if cancelled between 4 days to 7 days of arrival & 100% refund if cancelled before 7 days of arrival.
Child Policy: A child is defined as any individual between 6 years To 11 years of age. Those above 11 years of age will be charged the adult rate.
